The Pre-Visit: Here's How It Works
I understand that finding a curly hair specialist you can trust is no easy task. I’ve designed my booking process to be simple and hands-off, so you can book at your convenience while I make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

Step 1: Fill Out the First Service Consultation
This quick form helps me confirm that you have naturally curly hair and that my services are a good match for what you’re looking for.
Step 2: I’ll Review & Approve (within 24-48 hours)
Once I receive your form, I’ll review it and send you a welcome email with next steps.
Step 3: Complete Your Onboarding Form
This quick form collects basic contact and safety information (emergency contact, allergies, etc.) so I have everything I need on file before your appointment.
Step 4: Book Your Appointment
Once your onboarding form is complete, you’ll have access to my online booking calendar where you can choose the date and time that works best for you.
Which service should you book?
Most new guests book the Curl Discovery Cut - this is the full experience including your haircut, curly hair education, and personalized product recommendations.
If you’re feeling nervous about seeing a new stylist, you can book a New Guest Consultation first. This gives us a chance to meet, discuss your goals, and get comfortable before your first cut.
Interested in colour? I offer gentle gray coverage and root touch-ups only (no highlights or colour correction). A consultation is required before booking any colour service.

Welcome to my private suite in Duncan, BC! I’ve created a cozy, intimate space where it’s just you and me. One comfortable reclining chair where your entire experience happens. From consultation to cut to shampoo, you never have to move. (Clients always love the wallpaper feature behind my mirror!)

Whether you’re a returning guest or meeting me for the first time, you’ll be warmly greeted with a friendly smile and an atmosphere of joy. I’ve created a judgment-free zone where you can relax, feel at ease, and embrace your unique curly hair journey.

During our thorough consultation, we’ll create a customized plan to meet all of your curly hair goals, not just for today, but for every visit ahead. As a curly hair specialist, I’ll skillfully cut your hair, shaping it to enhance your features and hair type, all while ensuring a fun and enjoyable time together.

Throughout your experience, we’ll share laughter, great conversation, and curly hair wisdom. I’ll educate you on the best product choices and maintenance techniques so you can confidently care for your curls at home.
After Care
Welcome to the world of gorgeous curls, where my aftercare is designed to make you feel confident and equipped to rock your curls every day.

During your visit, I’ll walk you through the process of maintaining and styling your hair at home. You can count on me to provide step-by-step guidance, and you’re more than welcome to record or take notes of all the valuable tips and tricks I’ll share with you.
After your appointment, you’ll receive:

∙ A personalized post-visit strategy email listing every product we used, how I used it, where I applied it, and why - all in the order you’ll use them at home

∙ Appointment reminder texts so you never miss your next visit

∙ Guidance on which service to book next based on your hair’s needs (whether that’s a Luxe Cut, Long Hair Curly Cut, or something else)

I also send out a monthly newsletter to keep you connected with what’s happening in the salon and a little peek into what’s going on with me personally.
